Mindfulness meditation is the process of focusing all of ones attention on everything in the present moment – thoughts, emotions and sensations.

It involves breathing techniques, deep relaxation and listening closely to your body.

Mindfulness meditation helps to enhance self-awareness, decrease stress and can even help to gain control of anxiety.
